Report a bug
The JSystems Discord server is the official place to report a bug in any JSystems product. Each report gets a private ticket where our staff answer you.
- Join the server and press Report a bug. The button above opens the invite to #bug-reports. Press Report a bug on the pinned message and fill in the short form: a title, what happened, the steps, and the app version. You don't need to pick the app; we work it out from what you write.
- Talk to us in your ticket. A private thread opens that only you and our staff can see. We answer there, and you can add details or screenshots.
Each person can send 2 reports a day. You need a Discord account and must be at least 13. Want a report removed? Ask our staff in your ticket.
