JMCP just released an MCP marketplace for AI agents

Short answer

AI agents like Claude Code, Codex and Cursor each keep their own memory and skills, so what you teach one, the others never see. JMCP is a free Windows app that fixes that. It has a page of add-ons you install into every agent on your PC at once, and one of them is a memory that all your agents share.

AI has a problem. If you want an agent to remember things about you, or to learn a skill, that memory or skill usually lives inside one app only. Tell Claude Code how you like your work done, then open Codex, and Codex has never heard of you.

So most people end up copying the same notes, rules and how-tos into every agent by hand. Then they change one and forget the others, and the agents drift apart.

JMCP fixes that. It is a free Windows app, and the memory you build up is shared across all your agents.

One memory for every agent

Think of JMCP's memory as a notebook that sits in the middle of all your agents. When one agent learns something worth keeping, like "this person prefers short answers" or "this project uses dark mode", it writes it in the notebook. The next agent you open, from any company, can look it up.

  • Learn once, use everywhere. You don't have to repeat yourself to each agent.
  • You can see it all. The Memory page in JMCP lists every note, and you can read, change or delete any of them.
  • It stays on your PC. The notebook is kept in a folder on your own computer, not in the cloud.
  • Secrets stay out. Passwords and keys are refused, so they never end up in the notebook.

A marketplace of add-ons, installed in one click

The memory is one of seven add-ons on JMCP's JMCP servers page. Each one gives your agents a new ability. You pick what you want and press Install all, and every agent on your PC gets it at the same time. No copying, no settings files to edit.

Add-onWhat your agents get
MemoryThe shared notebook above.
SkillsStep-by-step how-tos any agent can follow, written once and shared by all.
RulesYour "do" and "don't" list. Write it once and every agent follows it.
Master instructionsOne note every agent must read before every task.
HelpersOne agent can ask another for help, for example Claude Code handing a job to Codex.
HealthA check-up for your PC that explains in plain words what is slow or broken.
BrowserA hidden web browser for the agent, which you can watch live and take over when it gets stuck.

JMCP works with Claude Code, Codex, Factory Droid, OpenCode, Devin, Cursor, Gemini CLI, Qwen Code and Grok. It finds the ones on your PC by itself.

How to get it

Common questions

Do I need to be technical to use JMCP?

No. JMCP is buttons and lists. You press Install all once and your agents are set up.

Does it cost anything?

No. JMCP is free and open source. The AI agents themselves may have their own plans or prices.

Can I remove it later?

Yes. On the JMCP servers page, remove the add-ons from your agents, then uninstall JMCP from Windows Settings, Apps. Your agents go back to how they were.
